As a valued VIP member of our Tribe community we advise you have been PRE ENROLLED for your 2026 classes! Your position in class is protected!

In 2025 we introduced a rolling membership model where your Tribe membership automatically rolls over every year (Unless you tell us otherwise!).
In this way- you don't have to go through the rigmarole of enrolling from scratch each year & we direct debit 2026 enrolment fees on Jan 3rd meaning you don't need to spend before Christmas but your spot is secured!
We recognise that quite a few of our classes are at capacity (particularly on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays) based on 2025 numbers & our first priority is to our existing students - protecting their spot- as we open enrolments & trials to the general public.
For this reason we have PRE ENROLLED you in the classes you took in 2025 (or equivalent if you are due to move up an age group). These can be swapped or updated .
IMPORTANT- In 2026 we will be shifting to a NEW studio management system. Your Enrolment fee will be direct debited on the OLD system on Jan 3rd before we end that subscription. Your 2026 enrolments will be under the NEW system (with registration fee showing as paid).
Check out the classes you are pre enrolled in for 2026 & complete setting up your profile via your NEW family portal before your classes start at the end of January!
Simply follow the new link below- sign in with the email we currently have on file for you at Tribe & hit RESET PASSWORD.
You are then free to view your pre enrolled classes- set up your card details in the new system & add any classes you choose.
** Please do not be alarmed that the account says "payment failed" this is because we set up your account a card. Once your card details are entered- your payments will change to "scheduled" . Weekly direct debits will commence in week 1 of term.
Please do NOT remove your current studiolab profile as your rego fees will be debited using the CURRENT system. We will shut that down after Jan 3rd.
How To Make Changes to Your 2025 Enrolment
Till Enrolment Changes Deadline.
Under the new enrolment system you have the ability to ENROL or register for a TRIAL for any Tribe Classes via the parent portal. If you wish to UNENROL for 2026- please let us know before the deadline to ensure your enrolment fee is not debited. Please advise us of any changes by DECEMBER 30TH 2025.
If you wish to CHANGE or DROP any classes in 2026 - we return to the office on January 5th & will action your changes then. You can ENROL or TRIAL any classes through the portal- dropped classes need to be processed by Tribe Admin.
Wild Child Fees 2026
please note that as of 2026 Wild Child Early Childhood programmes will run on 12 week terms to keep your young one's routine consistant. Classes start on Jan 19th for 2026
Multi Class Discounts Available- 2 x classes- 5% discount, 3 Classes - 7% Discount, 4 Classes- 10% Discount.

*Private & Performance Troupe Lessons excluded from Discount scaffold.
Concert classes will attract a costume levy of $25 per class per term that will replace Term 3 costume invoices (excluding featured vocalist hires which will be invoiced after vocal auditions). This fee is transferrable if students swap classes but is non refundable.
